Analysis Mapping of Assignment Domain to Gradebook Domain

The work with the LMS Toolkit modeled a set of data typically available in the LMS consisting of Assignments and AssignmentSubmission.  These entities were defined in a landing zone with an LMS Harmonizer that linked it to Section and Student.  Because of key identifier issues (DATASTD-1703) it was not linked to the Gradebook entities.

Analyze the alternatives to unifying Assignments with Gradebook entries, including:

1. Leaving it as disconnected as it is currently
2. Linking Assignments to GradebookEntry and link AssignmentSubmission to StudentGradebookEntry.
3. Unifying the concepts having either Assignments or Gradebook entities.

This ticket will:

1. Identify and model the alternatives
2. Identify pros and cons
3. Create a presentation that can be reviewed and discussed with the community
