Analyze and propose an approach to standard gradebook entry and assignment statuses

There seems to be some standard workflow statuses for gradebook entries and assignments and also some differences/outlier values. The task:

• Compare values for gradebook entries and assignments across systems- this should be a chart showing all values for as many systems as we can find
• Determine if there are canonical values and propose definitions for those
• Place in techdocs under https://techdocs.ed-fi.org/display/EFTD/Data+Model  but leave unpublished

• Not sure where to find gradebooks - there may be online documentation, YouTube videos, etc. for various systems
