Change in key structure for GradebookEntry

    Description

      Realizing that this is breaking change, the key structure for GradebookEntry (and its impact on StudentGradebookEntry) should be changed for the following reasons:

      • The current key structure of DateAssigned, GradebookEntryTitle, and Section (reference) is volatile and not reliable
      • The work on the LMS Toolkit found that that these elements of the StudentGradebookEntry key are not reliably available in LMS systems

      This ticket will

      1. Identify alternative key structures
      2. Identify pros and cons
      3. Provide a presentation that can be provided to the community for review
