Description
From JGarza:
There was something that was brought up with a vendor from AZ. Currently in the data standard there is a countrycode type and a country type. Each essentially means the same thing, it's just that there is no way to tie in the country codes with the country names.
There are two scenarios that could happen here.
1. We remove countrycodetype and in the one instance it is used (birthcountrycode), we would change it to be birthcountry with the base type of countrytype.
2. We make country a descriptor and have the country codes along with the description.
