AZ Needs Guidance on Performance Data Collection of 21st CCLC Program Participants 

They want to understand if Ed-Fi survey model is the right fit to collect this data, or is there any better way to do so? The Teacher Survey on 21st CCLC Participants' Annual Performance.docxasks questions on the performance of students who participates 21st CCLC program. The survey data is collected at student level.

• I see the 'SurveyResponseStaffTargetAssociation'  that has a reference to surveyresponse and staff.  SurveyResponse also has a reference to Staff.  Should we use SurveyReponseStaffTargetAssociation or stick with just the SurveyResponse with the staff id populated?
• The model diagram is missing the SurveyResponseStaffTargetAssociation and SurveyResponseEducationOrganizationTargetAssociation.  Please update the UML document for 4x and 3.3b versions.
• What is the purpose of SurveyQuestionMatrix?
• What is the difference between SurveySection and SurveyCategory?
