Consider supporting larger strings like ntext in the model

A couple of tickets have come to light requesting a place in the model to store large blocks of text (greater than 5000 char).

The current model does not currently store anything this large. Ed-Fi focuses on data that can be readily analyzed and thus large "blobs" of data do not appear to fall within that category.

That being said, it's worth investigating further if storing large data like this is common for SIS vendors and something the community is looking to utilize.
