AttendanceEventReason Maximum Length too small

Summary of outcomes for Data Standard 3.2

• Problem Addressed: Request for more than 40 characters to describe an AttendanceEventReason.
• High-level Reasoning: The implementation is actually storing rather large "blobs" of data in AttendanceEventReason like email messages and doctors' notes. The current ODS does not have a mechanism to store these large ntext fields so there is a larger discussion to be had around including that in future releases. This is covered by DATASTD-1326. For now, increasing the max length should partially unblock this use case.
• Changes Made: Increased max length of AttendanceEventReason to 255.

We are encountering several errors pushing Attendance Events into the ODS due to a max length of 40 for the field AttendanceEventResason.

(Ed Fi Error: ' Validation of 'StudentSchoolAttendanceEvent' failed. The field AttendanceEventReason must be a string with a maximum length of 40. - Result: 400')

In Synergy, our SIS, the field mapped for this is formatted as ntext, so many of our attendance event reasons are much larger than 40 characters.

Would it be possible to get this changed in the ODS to a larger field length?
