Comparison of 'TitleIPartASchoolDesignation' between EdFi and CEDS

Summary of outcomes for Data Standard 3.0

• Problem Addressed: There was some misalignment between TitleIPartASchoolDesignation descriptor values and the corresponding EdFacts/CEDS values.
• High-level Reasoning: The descriptor values did not fully align with the CEDS/EdFacts values. However, some of the CEDS/EdFacts values were too long to fit in the descriptor structures and/or employed inconsistent formatting.
• Changes Made: The descriptor values were updated to align with cleaned up / shortened versions of the CEDS/EdFacts values.

The following table provides the comparison between EdFi Data Standard and CEDS on Title1AartASchoolDesignation.  

The enumeration item 'Title 1 targeted school' and 'Title 1 Part A Targeted Assistance School' means the same to my knowledge.  Please confirm.  

If that is the case, I am thinking 'Title 1 targeted school' should be eliminated to be in sync with the federal enumeration set.
