Consider Adding Elements to StaffTeacherCandidateAssociation

Are there additional elements that should be included in the StaffTeacherCandidateAssociation to mirror StaffEducationOrganizationAssignmentAssociation.  Elements to consider would include StaffClassification, PositionTitle, BeginDate, EndDate.  Currently, there is no way to identify the StaffClassification for a Staff who is associated with a teacher candidate, to identify if the staff is a mentor teacher, a university supervisor or another role UNLESS the data is sufficient to map from StaffTeacherCandidateAssocaition --> Staff --> StaffEducationOrganizationAssignmentAssociation which then has a required EducationOrganizationReference.  

Need to think through or ask EPPs if they are likely to have that level or detailed data for the Staff the need to associate to a Mentor Teacher and if so, map accordingly.
