    Description

      Currently TK20 uses this field in their TPDM integration, this was in error and needs to be moved to SurveyResponseTeacherCandidateTargetAssociation. Once we can verify that this will no longer affect a TK20 implementation, remove SurveyTeacherCandidateAssociation
