Missing workshops associated with certification

The CredentialExtension is missing data elements that allow for the tracking of certification workshops or event types associated with a teacher candidate's progress to completing their certification requirements.

Example of certification workshop types that we currently track include: DASA, School Violence, Child Abuse and Prevention, etc. The completion of these workshops are required and are indicators of the teacher candidates progress to completing the program.
