Increasing the max character limit

The max character length within the following types limits important information from our platforms which we use to understand the content captured within the element.

Limiting the characters will create confusion in the long term and create inaccurate information.

Please consider extending the character limit for:

• Text Response
• Question Text
• Survey Title
• Rubric Title
• Teacher Preparation Program Name
• TeacherCandidateTeacherPreparationProviderProgram
• TeacherCandidateIndicator (IndicatorName)

For example, we are currently truncating part of our program names so to fit the elements character requirement. Our program names include the summer the student entered which is used to determine the length of the program they are enrolled in.
