Tracking progress toward certification

One of the most common asks over the last few years for EPDM has been for the ability to track a candidates progress toward certification. The credential model within the data standard (which EPDM also uses) expects the credential to exist, it is not build in such a way to be the credential that the candidate wants to receive.

The K-12 community has also long asked for a way to track progress toward graduation. While the core Data Standard does have the concept of a GraduationPlan, it is only meant to represent how a specific student gets to graduation, not where they are in the process.
