TEA TPDM - Certifications -> Candidate -> Credential questions and proposed extensions

Draft documentation to address TEA ECOS to TPDM v1.0 mapping project. Attached are worksheets with data examples and detailed notes.

The intent is to prepare data examples and references to make the Ed-Fi model review be able to see the domain knowledge for the TEA ECOS content and help the upcoming discussions.

Related to the closed ticket, TPDMX-118, for more background.

Added older but related tickets to open questions:

• Confusion around certification and credential fields flagged as a missing or proposed extension. It is likely that they exist but they are not obvious
• Confusion around documentation and guidance on how credentials and certification are referenced.
• Missing fields in a candidate that exists in application and applicant to be able to track intended certification at time of enrollment.
  • Missing association of certification of intent with a snapshot lens. TEA proposed to capture this in the applicant profile, but they don't really capture application info and most of the fields in the applicant profile exist in the candidate which is what TEA captures.
