TPDM binary version guide mismatch

The INSTALLING ED-FI ODS / API WITH TPDM V1.0 guide binary version steps do not lead to a successful install.

The download link is using EdFi.Suite3.Installer.WebApi.1.2.0 binary requires you to provide the version in the parameters to work and it is not listed in the instructions for the install to work.

• What version should be provided?
• Should the package have a default on it?
• Should the steps be the same between installer versions?

The latest version is EdFi.Suite3.Installer.WebApi.1.3.0 and the guide does not mention which installers are compatible with the TPDM v1.0 version.
