TPDM Getting Started Issues

Capturing issues TEA has run while installing TPDM  ODS.

1. If you have previous installations of the ODS results in installation failures.
2. After removing previous installations, the process completed but no Descriptors or data was loaded for TPDM.

Summary of Steps Taken shared by fuataki :

After several tries to I re-installed API with TPDM extensions on my other machine. First, I deleted all the prior Ed-Fi 3.1 code and removed all the databases. Then on the downloaded TPDM code, I modified connection string for any config file that use a DB connection with my local instance name. I also had to do this for the CodeGen connection configuration (located for me in C:\Ed-Fi-ODS-Implementation\tools\.store\edfi.ods.codegen.console\3.2.0\edfi.ods.codegen.console\3.2.0\tools\netcoreapp2.2\any). Once I did these, I was able to run the scripts and get the API installed and running with TPDM extensions with no issues. Still, TPDM tables contain no data (for descriptors, etc.), but install was successful, looks good and works.

I also think that a prior version of ODS/API and this cannot co-exist. It seems a wipe and replace is needed.
