Domain Review: Analysis of "Person" concept in TPDM

For much of its history the Ed-Fi Data Standard (core) has been primarily student focused, there have been calls to add a "person" entity for a long while, but with the addition of TPDM the need for a "person" entity has come more to the forefront. TPDM adds a number of person type entities:

• Prospect
• Applicant
• Teacher Candidate

Over the last several months the Ed-Fi Data Standard team has come up with a (primarily api focused) concept of a person entity.

We would like to take what the Data Standard team has done and analyse and determine feasibility of taking those api focused changes and seeing what a potential set of TPDM model changes would look like.

If the analysis determines that it is feasible to do we are interested in incorporating those changes into the RFC release.
