• High-level Reasoning: This information is required for services eligibility determination under the McKinney-Vento Act. It is included in CEDS and several implementations have created extensions to capture the homeless student's primary nighttime residence.
• Changes Made: Added HomelessPrimaryNighttimeResidence type with enumerations "Doubled-up", "Hotels/motels", "Shelters", and "Unsheltered"; Added optional type HomelessPrimaryNighttimeResidence to Student domain entity
