    Description

      The Talent Management needed a CredentialIdentifier, CurrentCredential (a boolean indicator as to whether the credential is current), and a collection of Endorsements for a credential.

      NOTE: The introduction of the CredentialIdentifier may conflict with the naming direction described in DATASTD-877.
