Mismatched Types for TotalInstructionalDays

The properties on domain entities at AcademicWeek.TotalInstructionalDays and Session.TotalInstructionalDays are marked as type "xs:int", but a simple type exists already called "TotalInstructionalDays". This simple type is referenced from GradingPeriod.TotalInstructionalDays. Update AcademicWeek.TotalInstructionalDays and Session.TotalInstructionalDays to reference the simple type "TotalInstructionalDays".
