Identities with different order of elements than domain entity

This involves an issue with the ordering of the elements in 18 XSD identity types. While most identity types in the XSD follow a pattern of using the same element ordering as the entity itself, 18 of the them are ordered with no discernible pattern. This was likely accidental. Since there is no pattern, MetaEd can't generate them in the existing order without adding something to the language to explicitly specify the XSD identity-type ordering for these 18 entities. This would add a considerable amount for cruft to the language and entity definitions for the benefit of a single artifact. Changing the order would be a breaking change for the XSD but would not affect any other artifact.
