Add <Namespace> to additional entities

The following entities don't have anything on them that can be used for performing relationship-based authorization in an Ed-Fi ODS implementation

• EducationContent
• LearningObjective
• LearningStandard

This can be enabled by adding <Namespace> (required) to these entities
