Summary of outcomes for Data Standard 2.1

• Problem Addressed: Annotation of ProfileThumbnail shared string and its inclusion in the Student domain entity does not provide enough clarity as to the intended usage of the field.
• High-level Reasoning: It is unclear whether the field is meant to be used as a reference or a URL. The max length of 59 may limit storage of URLs.
• Changes Made: Changed annotation for the shared string ProfileThumbnail and its inclusion in the Student domain entity to read "Locator reference for the student photo. The specification for that reference is left to local definition." Increased shared string maximum length to 255.

Consider expanding the definition for ProfileThumbnail, which reads:

Locator for the student photo.

...either provide examples of the types of locators, or make more clear it's a reference, or if it's always a full or partial URI then make that clear.
