Trailing spaces in enumerations

Some Type Enumerations have a space embedded at the end. This is actually a problem that goes back to 1.2 (at least.) The space may cause mismatches when a customer tries to load descriptor values that match up to the types with the trailing spaces.

An example can be found in SpecialEducationSettingMapType. The second and third enumeration values end with "...40% of the day " (including the space after day.)
