EducationOrganizationReference appears to be missing from the ClassPeriod entity

EducationOrganizationReference appears to be missing from the ClassPeriod entity.

ClassPeriodReference does include EducationOrganizationReference. Ed-Fi's latest database model documentation (http://www.ed-fi.org/assets/2013/11/Public-Ed-Fi-Logical-Database-Model-1.2.pdf) also shows a SchoolId contained in ClassPeriod.

The inclusion of this reference in ClassPeriod has potential implications for other entities. BellSchedule contains a ClassPeriod reference (which also contains EducationOrganizationReference) via MeetingTime which is required. The EducationOrganizationReference that appears as a standalone element in BellSchedule would thus seem redundant.
