Annotation for simpleType Learning is wrong.

in draft2.0 xsd, SimpleType Learning has an annotation of "Grade Point Average computed for a grading period or cumulatively."

This appears to be a copy-paste error from the simpleType GPA immediately above.

Please correct the annotation for Learning.
