Verify that MetaEd domains for the Ed-Fi-Model match domain expectations

The Ed-Model has a set of MetaEd files under the domain folder that are a code-based representation of the domains of our data standard. These metaed domain are meant to match our concept of domains as we know them in TechDocs or in the UML diagram.

Taking the v5.0 Enrollment domain we see nine different entities in the domain. Looking at the UML diagram for this domain, we also see those nine same entities. 

We need a similar analysis for all domains within metaed. Verify that we have domain files for every domain in the standard and that the domains have the correct entities.(UML diagram is probably the best indicator of what should be within the domain) 

This has the potential to allow us to automate OpenAPI spec generation
