Search for Alternative Solution (I) for Recurring Students to the Same Section

While we were running the need assessment for Section related issues, it was brought to our attention that there are some cases among our community members when a student may return to a specific Section they have already left and received a grade for. Since the current structure is based on having the BeginDate in the key of StudentSectionAssociation, it creates multiple instances and grades are only associated  with the last instance. This structure reduces the ability of educational organizations who tracks student's grade in each section for cases when a student returns to section they already left with a grade.

Formerly removing BeginDate/EndDate from the key of StudentSectionAssociation and StaffSectionAssociation and adding Perion common as required data collection was recommended.

The purpose of this task is to search for any alternative(s) to this proposal as solution(s) to the use case mentioned above.
