Invalid merge directives need removal from all Data Standard versions 3.0+

The Ed-Fi-Model repo contains the MetaEd projects for every version of the Data Standard. It turns out that their has been an invalid merge directive in every Data Standard project in the repository. While this has had no impact to date on generated Data Standard artifacts, MetaEd 4.3 (estimated release date November 2023) will throw an error on these invalid merge directives.

The fix to each branch of the Ed-Fi-Model repo just involves deleting one line each from StudentCompetencyObjective and StudentLearningObjective that reference a non-existent Session on GradingPeriod:

merge StudentCompetencyObjectiveSectionOrProgramChoice.StudentSectionAssociation.Section.CourseOffering.Session with GradingPeriod.Session
merge StudentLearningObjectiveSectionOrProgramChoice.StudentSectionAssociation.Section.CourseOffering.Session with GradingPeriod.Session

The following Data Standard versions need updating:
3.0, 3.1, 3.2a, 3.2b, 3.2c, 3.3a, 3.3b, 4.0, 4.0a, 5.0-pre.1, 5.0-pre.2

Once updated, the package.json version number will need the patch version incremented and npm published. Once this is done, please let the MetaEd team know so they can incorporate the new versions into MetaEd.
