Create List of Previously Deprecated Elements

Multiple internal conversation within the Ed-Fi Technology and Data Standard teams on the need for creating a standard relating previously DEPRECATED elements in the Ed-Fi data standard conveyed us to the decision that these items will be removed from the Data Standard and Data Model repositories in the second year following the final release where the deprecation of an element first declared. One nuance to this standard in practice is that the data standard team will be mindful about the Break-Break-Rest strategy and postpone the removal of the previously deprecated element from the Ed-Fi system one more year if the second year following the declaration of the element coincides with the Rest year.

As a result of this new standard, Data Standard team decided to remove all elements in the system that are listed as DEPRECATED before Data Standard v4.x releases. Therefore, an analysis in the Ed-Fi standard is needed to create a list of these elements.

Action: Create a list of all elements that are declared as DEPRECATED in a table or worksheet where a second column shows the information on the Data Standard version that the element was marked as DEPRECATED.
