Cleanup MetaEd Id Warnings

The warnings shown in the screenshot below have been around for years. We should not be ignoring warnings like that. Funny thing is, despite the warning, apparently there is nothing wrong with this. However, end-users will feel more confident in their builds if they don't see these warnings come out of the data model.
