Understanding new entity in StudentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation

We have been working with Douglas Loyo to add the values we need as extensions. In the process we have come across questions about participationStatus and disabilities entity was intended to be used. I have reviewed Techdocs on participationStatus, But wasn't really clear on the different status would be used. Can we get a meeting to discuss how these standard entities would be used?

We have basically 3 questions:

What are the use cases for all the default participation statuses?
What are the use cases for disability schema?
What was the vision for use of the disability object and the participation status?
