Need to rename GradebookEntry.SectionIdentifier

    Description

      The ideal name for this element is SectionIdentifier, but the main community API platform for Ed-Fi's APIs is the ODS, and the internals of the ODS prevent us from using this name - it gets combined/unified with the SectionIdentifer that is part of the Section reference.

      The net is that to support the community, it needs to be renamed so as to not be combined and to appear independently.
