Deletion of LearningObjective from Domain/Assessment

    Description

      LearningObjective has previously been deprecated from ObjectiveAssessment. Since we are making breaking updates to this domain, we will remove the deprecated element. We also need to remove the LearningObjective reference from Domain/Assessment.

      • Remove the element from Objective Assessment (already removed from DATASTD-1753
      • Remove the element from the Assessment domain/ file
