Support Standards-Based Assignments: Optionally Associate StudentGradebookEntry with LearningStandard

Alma's gradebook allows for assignments to be tied to one or more learning standards. Students then receive a grade for their performance on each learning standard assessed by the GradebookEntry. Ed-Fi's gradebook entries allows for entries to be associated with a collection of learning standards, but grades earned submitted via student gradebook entries cannot reference learning standards. It's not possible to store multiple grades per gradebook entry, one per learning standard, with a connection between the StudentGradebookEntry and the LearningStandard.
