Gender descriptor where student not identified as Male/Female

    Description

      We have a project request to capture a gender value not equal to male/female (e.g. non-binary). Federal DOE isn’t surfacing guidance. We have LEAs dealing with this so we’ll likely be tackling for 22/23. Is Ed-Fi looking at adding a descriptor to core to cover this? So that all SEAs are aligned, should this topic be brought up at CCSSO?
