Request for <GenerationCodeSuffix> be a descriptor table instead of a free form text field

TEA is requesting if this field can be a descriptor attribute vs a string.

Can <GenerationCodeSuffix> be a descriptor table instead of a free form text field? A free form text field would negatively affect PEIMS Main_PRD downstream.

Currently, in TWEDS, this code table lists the abbreviations, like "Jr."
