Change PersonUniqueId to PersonId on Person

Logically PersonUniqueID is not necessarily unique. This also violates the general pattern that UniqueId signifies a true entity UniqueId system is in place, which may not be the case (e.g the SourceSystemDescriptor).

The entity key should be 

• PersonId
• SourceSystemDescriptor
