Ed-Fi Data Model Handbook description and Required Indicator Columns are not matching

Summary of outcomes for Data Standard 3.2

• Problem Addressed: PerformanceLevelMet boolean definition includes "Optional" when the elements is, in fact, required.
• High-level Reasoning: When the cardinality for PerformanceLevelMet changed from optional to required, the definition was not updated to match.
• Changes Made: Changed the definition for PerformanceLevelMet to "Indicator of whether the performance level was met."

EdFi Data Model 2.2 and 3.0 Hand Book is not accurate, for the entity "PerformanceLevel" the description in the Handbook say it is optional but it is not a null-able field in database. Kindly correct the documentation. There are similar issue there for few other entities also. Here is the Handbook Link for Data model 2.2 and 3.0.
