Update Student Section, School, and Program Attendance Event Keys

    Description

      Per DATASTD-1006, this is a recommendation to change the key for StudentSectionAttendanceEvent, StudentSchoolAttendanceEvent, and StudentProgramAttendanceEvent to the StudentSectionAssociation, StudentSchoolAssociation, and StudentProgramAssociation references, respectively.

      This would be a breaking change.
