Minor differences as result of switch to JavaScript generated Interchange Files

MetaEd now generates the data standard artifacts using JavaScript, resulting in some very
minor, non-material differences in the interchange files. The text of the files is the same, but github detects some difference in the files (likely line endings). This ticket is meant to capture the change to the js-generated artifacts so that these minor changes in the artifact generation are not perceived as actual model changes.

This does not impact the API build in any way
