Verify StudentProgramAssociation References In Model Post Abstract Base Change

As part of the last release, StudentProgramAssociation was changed into a concrete subtype and a new base abstract type was introduced called GeneralStudentProgramAssociation. Due to the name moving instead of being renamed, this has changed the semantic meaning of several references to StudentProgramAssociation. This ticket covers going through each of the reference to StudentProgramAssociation, and verifying if the intent was to reference the general base representation of a student and program association (which would mean updating the reference to point to GeneralStudentProgramAssociation), or if the reference really is meant to point at the more generalized concrete StudentProgramAssociation.

Currently this only includes two references:
