Issues with standard descriptor files

    Description

      A few issues have been found with the standard descriptor files:

      • LevelofEducationDescriptor.xml - 'o' in 'of' should be capitalized to match descriptor name
      • PersonalInformationVerficationDescriptor.xml - first 'i' is missing in 'Verification'
      • RetestIndicatorDescriptor has CodeValue "3nd or more Retest", rather than "3rd or more Retest".
