    Description

      The Api looks for http://ed-fi.org/Descriptor/ but the 2.0 Sample Xml is currently using http://www.ed-fi.org/Descriptor/. (includes www) This will be useful in keeping the Minimal Template aligned with the Standard in the future. Remove www to match what datastandard is expecting.
