Add new Type values to the Grading Period Type table

When a school has a Trimester Term and each term had three grading periods each, there is a need to have grading periods 1 through 9. Each grading period is typically 4 weeks long.

Therefore we added these 9 Grading Period Type records and assigned them Period Sequence values of 1 through 9.

First Four Weeks
Second Four Weeks
Third Four Weeks
Fourth Four Weeks
Fifth Four Weeks
Sixth Four Weeks
Seventh Four Weeks
Eighth Four Weeks
Ninth Four Weeks

Example:
1st Trimester
   1st grading period
   2nd grading period
   3rd grading period

2nd Trimester
   4th grading period
   5th grading period
   6th grading period

3rd Trimester
   7th grading period
   8th grading period
   9th grading period
