Add a GradingPeriod descriptor to CourseTranscript to allow CourseTranscript records having different GradingPeriods to be included under the same StudentAcademicRecord

    Description

      This change was suggested by Powerschool. Under the current model, if a student's semester work includes two quarter-length courses (presumably for credit) these must be captured under separate StudentAcademicRecords. With a GradingPeriod descriptor, that redundancy might be eliminated.
