• Problem Addressed: Prior to v3.0, the Citizenship common type included the CitizenshipDocumentationChoice, allowing the choice to provide an identification document indicating US citizenship or a Visa. This creates unnecessary complexity, as the Citizenship common type already included the IdentificationDocument common type, which (if the "Foreign" context were removed) could be used to provide either domestic or foreign identification documentation.
• High-level Reasoning: By adding the Visa descriptor directly to the Citizenship common type and removing the "Foreign" context on the IdentificationDocument reference on the Citizenship common type, the same data may be captured with much less complexity.
• Changes Made: The Visa descriptor was added directly to the Citizenship common type as an optional collect, the context "Foreign" was removed from the IdentificationDocument reference on the Citizenship common type and annotation was updated to indicate its usage for any identification document, and the now unused CitizenshipDocumentationChoice was deleted.

Instead of including the CitizenshipDocumentationChoice and IdentificationDocument (ForeignCitzenshipIdentificationDocument) common type on the Citizenship common type, simply include the content of the CitizenshipDocumentationChoice (Visa and IdentificationDocument) straight on the Citizenship common type as optional collections. For IdentificationDocument, use the annotation "Describe the documentation of citizenship."
