Change TeacherCandidateAcademicRecord.GradePointAverage

Change TeacherCandidateAcademicRecord.GradePointAverage to unbounded so that more than one GPA can be captured per term per record for a given TeacherCandidate.  

GPAType should also be added as part of the Primary Key for the table so that more than one GPA can be captured in one given term.  

Many EPPs look at different slices of a student's GPA to determine their readiness for admission into an EPP and for intervention services while enrolled in the EPP.  There is an important distinction between the different GPATypes, i.e., Content GPA, Clinical GPA, Major GPA, etc.  Sam Houston and Jackson State as well as UTRGV have indicated this need.  

For UTRGV, this data comes from a combination of sources, Banner as well as a flat file that the COE maintains and provides.  Some of the data is also housed in TK20 (via the Application Review Form).  This is also true for Sam Houston.
