Add undergraduate information into the Applicant or TeacherCandidate domain(e.g. undergrad gpa, major, minor)

The model does not have a way of capturing undergraduate GPA, major or minor for our applicant that then become our students. Can this complex type be included in either Applicant, TeacherCandidate or one specifically for undergraduate information in order to help us track and address several of our use cases? We use these elements to track the progress and impact of our program.
