Name Change to Domain

Change the name of the StaffTeacherCandidateAssociation to StaffCompleterAssociation or something to make it clear that this is a way to identify a TeacherCandidate identifier to the same person as a Staff via Staff identifier.  

This is the case where a TeacherCandidate has completed the program and is now employed as a staff member at a K12 district or school (could it also be if the teacher candidate is now employed as a university staff member)?

Will need to update the description as well.  

Also need to update the description for TeacherCandidateStaffAssociation.  This association is used to describe a relationship between a current TeacherCandidate and a staff member who is serving as their Mentor/Coordinating Teacher or University/Site Supervisor.
